Hulett Chamber of Commerce Website Design Project

The Hulett Chamber of Commerce required a new website to effectively manage and promote local events and member businesses. The project's goal was to create a visually appealing and functional responsive Content Management System (CMS) website with a western aesthetic that allows the Chamber to easily track and showcase local activities, member businesses, and provide essential information to its members.

Our Contributions:

  • Design: Developed a responsive website with a distinct western look and feel, incorporating elements that reflect the charm and heritage of Hulett. The design features a user-friendly layout that enhances navigation and provides a welcoming experience for both local residents and visitors.
  • Content Creation: Created and organized content to facilitate the management of local events and member businesses. This includes pages for event listings, business directories, and detailed information about Chamber activities. Developed a section for downloadable documents and resources for Chamber members.
  • Image Editing: Enhanced and optimized images to align with the western theme of the website. This involved resizing, adjusting colors, and ensuring that visuals were high-quality and engaging, while also maintaining fast loading times.
  • Key Features: Implemented a CMS that enables easy updates to event listings, business directories, and member resources. Added features such as an interactive event calendar, a searchable business directory, a member login area for accessing exclusive documents, and a contact form for inquiries. Integrated social media links to increase visibility and community engagement.

The new responsive CMS website significantly improves the Hulett Chamber of Commerce’s ability to manage and promote local events and member businesses. It provides a centralized, easy-to-use platform for tracking and showcasing community activities, enhancing the visibility of local businesses, and facilitating access to important documents and information. The western-themed design not only aligns with the local culture but also enhances user experience, making it easier for both residents and visitors to engage with the Chamber’s offerings.
